  • Albert's Living Room is open on Monday 9:30 a.m.–2 p.m. (International Monday).
  • Family library mornings on Puistokatu on Monday 10 a.m.–12:30 p.m. A wonderful meeting place for children and parents in Kaivopuisto invites you to enjoy and play. Pienten Helsinki recommends!
  • Korkeasaari free day on Monday 10 a.m.–3 p.m. (zoo closes at 4 p.m.).

  • Metropolia's HyMy-kylä Family Circle Metku at Metropolia UAS's Myllypuro facilities (next to the metro station) on Tuesday 9–11 a.m. Each session also features varying programs for families led by students from early childhood education, social services, health, and cultural sectors. Free admission.

  • Art for Toddlers workshop (Open Studio for Toddlers Workshops) at Cultural Center Caisa (Kaikukatu 4 B) on Tuesdays 1:30–3:30 p.m. Workshops are suitable for 1.5–3-year-old children with their own adult. No pre-registration, free admission. You can participate in the workshops for the entire time or just drop by.
  • Alppirautatieharrastajien miniature railway exhibition is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 3–6 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m.–4 p.m. at the Reds shopping center in Kalasatama. The exhibition space is located on the second floor of Reds, next to Specsavers, opposite Synsam.
  • Family Fun sessions offer preschool children and their parents a space where they can move together independently and free of charge. Family Fun sessions on Tuesdays are held at:

  • Gingerbread decorating workshop at Hotel and Restaurant Museum on Wednesday 4–7 p.m. Museum admission for over 18-year-olds.
